I apologize Lady Bulldogs, there will be no open gym on Wednesday night. I have come to understand that there can not be any open gyms on Wednesdays.  I will let you know the next time I will be able to open the gym as soon as possible.  I hope all of your first days went well!

Troy VB 9/5

We have just been informed that Troy only has 2 teams for the volleyball games on 9/5.  We will be starting the JV game at 4:30 and the varsity game at 6.  Again, this is for this Friday, 9/5.  If you have any questions please contact either Coach Anderson or Mr. Ferris.

Welcome back Bulldogs!  I hope you enjoyed your summer.  In preparation for the basketball season that will be here before we know it, I would like to open up the gym for any junior high to high school age girls that are planning on participating in basketball this school year.  Preparation in the off season is critical to a successful season.  The gym will be open on Wednesday at 5:30.  Hope to see you there.

Bulldog football at Washington Grizzly stadium recap.

After watching the film it really looks like the game came down to field position and heat exhaustion.
We were fortunate enough to back them up on their first possession and force them to punt.  We returned the ball back inside the thirty to set up our first three yard rushing touchdown by Raymond Matt.  A successful PAT and the score was seven to nil.
On the ensuing kickoff, we recovered the loose ball inside the twenty, drove down to the one and punched it in with a qb sneak.  Our PAT went wide left and put us up 13 - 0.
At the end of the 1st quarter and beginning of the 2nd quarter Eureka scored on a couple of long passes which were set up by a pair of turnovers.  They went ahead 14 - 13.
In the second half, our players in the trenches on both sides of the ball played really hard and allowed us to move the ball on offense and put pressure on their qb as he dropped back.
Steven Bravo and Raymond Matt had a great day rushing the football and were able to get yards after contact on fantastic second effort.

Cross Country Meet Change

There has been a change in the Mission HS Cross Country Schedule.  Instead of going to Fairmont on Tuesday, September 2nd, we will be competing in Missoula on Thursday, September 4th at 4:00 pm.  Please email mcutler@missionbulldogs.org if you have questions.

JV Football Game Against Troy Cancellation

The JV game on September 8th is cancelled based on the following information from the Troy activities director:
For the first time since 1981 Troy will not be having a JV football team due to lack of numbers.
